The Legal Hotline Library is a self-help tool for REALTORS®. A database of thousands of legal hotline questions (and answers) have been compiled so you can research real estate legal questions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This information is supplied to you as a benefit, restricted to members only (you will need your NRDS# to be granted access).
If you don’t find what you need - you can contact the Legal Hotline Attorney directly, either by phone or by email. If the Hotline Attorney is not available, leave a message and he/she will get back to you - usually the next business day.
Please Note: The Legal Hotline provides legal information, NOT legal representation. It offers answers to real estate questions that have broad applicability. The Hotline will not represent any party in a transaction. Your own attorney will continue to be an important part of your business. |
