RIPA is an intensive 6 clock hour workshop that will teach you how to analyze small residential properties.  To know if they are deals...or dogs.  How to perform due diligence, how to price, and how to explain what properties are worth and why.  This is a workshop, not a seminar.

Who is the Instructor?

Joe Still is a 24 year veteran of the real estate industry.  He holds numerous NAR certifications and has been an industry trainer around the country for the past 20 years.  He is a past Washington Association of REALTORS Instructor of the Year and the 2011 Seattle King County REALTORS Instructor of the Year and has spoken at 5 NAR national conventions.  His workshops are designed to teach specific skills that students can use the next day.
