Prices are down.
Rents are up.
Vacancies are low.
Money is cheap.
Now is the ‘perfect storm’ for residential investment properties—if you know what you’re doing.
RIPA will teach you what to do, why to do it and how to do it.
What is RIPA training?
RIPA is an intensive 6 clock hour workshop that will teach you how to analyze small residential properties. To know if they are deals...or dogs. How to perform due diligence, how to price, and how to explain what properties are worth and why. This is a workshop, not a seminar.
RIPA topics include:
- How to measure cash flow,
- How to estimate price appreciation and depreciation,
- How to use benchmarks,
- How to verify seller and listing agent numbers,
- How to compare properties to each other
