The Seattle King County REALTORS® Awards Committee welcomes your nomination of Association members who have made significant and positive contributions to our industry, community and the REALTOR® Association.
Award recipients will be honored at the Annual Awards & Installation Banquet at The Westin Bellevue on November 30, 2023. Tickets are on sale now.
Award Descriptions
The REALTOR® of the Year is the highest and most coveted award that can be bestowed by one’s peers. This award is based on the outstanding contributions of a REALTOR® to the local, state and/or national REALTOR® Associations. The recipient must demonstrate what we call REALTOR® “Spirit”—a faithfulness to the principles of the REALTOR® organization, professionalism, and the Code of Ethics.
This award is given to those special individuals who have shared their dedication, leadership, and real estate knowledge with their peers. In short, they are those who have left a lasting mark.
This award is given to a special individual who has shared their dedication, leadership, and real estate knowledge with their peers. In short, they are those who have left a lasting mark in the real estate community and in the communities they serve.
This award is based on an outstanding achievement or multiple contributions of a REALTOR® to the local and/or state levels of the REALTOR® Association, and/or to the industry.
This award is based on outstanding volunteers in REALTOR® governmental affairs and in serving the community as a liaison of our legislative and political issues.
This award is based on the outstanding contributions of a REALTOR® to his or her local community, as well as being an active professional member of the local Association. Recipient chosen by the Good Neighbor Award Subcommittee.
This award recognizes a member who demonstrates ingenuity and creativity in their careers. They continue to innovate, reposition and reinvent themselves and their business models in the changing markets. They have taken on a leadership and/or mentoring role to agents around them and are involved with volunteer organizations within their community. (Must be under the age 40 as of May 31, 2023.)
This award is given to a cooperating association, news media, service provider, community activist group, etc. Selection will be based on community affairs, support of REALTOR® issues and support of REALTOR® efforts overall.
This award is open to a non-REALTOR® associated with the real estate industry such as employees of title companies, lending institutions, appraisers etc.
This award recognizes an individual who has exemplified leadership and service in real estate education and who has taught a program sponsored by Seattle King County REALTORS®.
A REALTOR® for 2 years or less, who has demonstrated exceptional talent or potential.
