Affiliates members of Seattle King County REALTORS® are industry related professionals that work with REALTORS® and their clients to ensure the best home buying/selling experience. They include lenders, home inspectors, title/escrow companies, home stagers and attorneys. Affiliates support our REALTOR® members, enhance our education program and raise awareness of the REALTOR® brand in the community.
Our mission is to create a culture of abundance through providing opportunity for Industry Partners and our REALTORS® to build strategic affiliations.
Benefits of Membership
NETWORKING
- Meet face-to-face and establish relationships with 6,400+ real estate professionals who are looking for products and services for their businesses and their clients.
- Strengthen business relationships through participation at educational forums, classes, and events.
- Participate as an active member on SKCR committees. Become acquainted with and actively involved with the REALTORS® who are leaders in the King County real state industry.
- Attend State and National meetings and conventions.
RECOGNITION
- You can be featured in our monthly Affiliate Spotlights in our newsletter and social media (must meet eligibility requirements).
- Identify yourself as a REALTOR® Affiliate member in your communications with REALTORS®.
- Eligible for recognition as “Affiliate of the Year” presented during the Annual Awards Celebration.
- Your name, logo, and contact information in the Affiliate Directory available online to members and the public.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Sponsor meetings, programs, and events to gain valuable exposure in the real estate community. Sponsor:
- Classes at SKCR by providing refreshments in exchange for a brief promotion of your service or product. Virtual course sponsorships also available.
- REALTOR® events throughout the year including Annual Golf Tournament and the Battle of the Barristers. Sponsorships range from $100–$15,000.
- SKCR Community Service activities including the Annual Affiliate Food Drive and the Annual Food Lifeline Project.
LEGISLATIVE
- The REALTOR® Political Action Committee (RPAC) represents the SKCR membership promoting private property in the real estate industry.
- Join REALTORS® from around the state for the annual Legislative Day. Hundreds of REALTORS® help state leaders focus on the critical importance of residential and commercial real estate issues.
- You’ll be notified of pending legislation affecting real property ownership.
DISCOUNTS
- Discounts on products and services through NAR.
- Member prices at SKCR membership events, programs, and classes.
- Educational scholarships available to all Affiliate members and their families. Application available in January every year.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Receive SKCR communications which provides valuable real estate related and event information.
- Quarterly newsletter covering legislative issues and local procedures.
