Ombudsman Services
The ombudsman program is a recommended first-step solution to resolution. Essentially, it’s informal telephone mediation. In some instances, it can address and solve minor complaints from the public. It can also solve inter-REALTOR® conflicts before they become serious problems. The ombudsman acts as a neutral facilitator by addressing misunderstandings and disagreements early before they escalate into formal disputes or ethical concerns. Request Ombudsman Services
